Stag Lodge - Spacious, luxurious glamping
Step into your own woodland retreat with our largest, beautifully styled Safari Tent, nestled on the edge of the Black Mountains. Surrounded by towering pines and open skies, this is off-grid luxury glamping at its very best — peaceful, private, and packed with rustic charm.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and cosy stay. With space to sleep up to 7 guests in comfort, the tent features a king-sized bed, bunk beds (single on top, double below) and a snug cabin bed featuring a King Size matress — perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Soft bedding, warm throws, and vintage-style touches create a welcoming, homely feel.
Step outside and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Cook up a feast on your own BBQ (gas supplied) and dine under the stars, then unwind beside the firepit as owls call from the trees. There’s a private compost loo, hot and powerful shower, and all the essentials provided — just bring your sense of adventure.

Dine in or out
Relax in the spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen/dining area inside your safari tent, perfect for family meals and cozy gatherings.
Outside, enjoy a large sheltered seating area, designed for comfort in any weather, ensuring a perfect escape year-round. Eat food, play games or chat the night away.
In the forest just a few meters away, your firepit is accompanied by a picnic bench for even more dining options.
Firepit
Just a few meters from the Safari Tent, enjoy our easy-to-light fire pit. Sit back and gaze up to the stars. There's a picnic table, folding chairs and anything else you need to enjoy the Pine Forest View. Firewood is available to purchase on-site.
Stay Connected
Our site may or may not offer phone reception depending on your service provider. We've got your back with Elon's very own Starlink highspeed internet. Sign in to Netflix on the Smart TV, watch YouTube or stay up to date with the office at no extra cost.
Full Power Shower
Just because it's a tent, doesn't mean you should compromise. The bathroom is spacious with quality fittings and a shower that makes most homes envious.
Morning Fryup?
While we supply a full size gas BBQ out on the deck, we also offer a fully equipped kitchen comprising gas hobs, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, large Fridge/Freezer and more.
BBQ anyone?
Pine Forest View is all about the great outdoors. So we supply a large gas BBQ that's ready to cook. As well as outdoor seating plus a fire pit, we also supply warm blankets so you can make the most out of your outdoor adventure.
Master Bedroom
Towards the rear of the tent on the right, through a sliding door is the master bedroom. Featuring a King Size bed with side-stump and chest of drawers. Electric blankets are provided on all beds, to keep you cosy in the cooler months.
Bedroom #2
Opposite the Master Bedroom, you'll find space for three. A double underneath a single bunk bed. Also featuring space to hang and fold clothes.
The Cabin Bed
For those who want to make an 'event' out of bed time, a King Size bed can be found up a small ladder within the inner cabin.
Not to forget our four-legged friends, a space for Rover can be found underneath, which doubles up as a play space for the little ones.
Our cabin can sleep a total of 7 guests comfortably.
